Noel did not grow up surrounded by big business or high-level mentors. He grew up navigating uncertainty, responsibility, and environments where nothing was guaranteed. But he carried one thing from the beginning: a conviction that excellence matters, that integrity matters, and that God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things when they commit to discipline and purpose.

His introduction to sales came in high school during an internship. At the time, he did not understand the industry, the skill set, or the opportunities that would come from it. But he felt something awaken in him. He became fascinated by the idea that a conversation could create value, transform a life, and open doors. That early spark grew into obsession, and that obsession grew into mastery.

But the journey was not smooth. Not even close.
Noel failed at several early business attempts. He struggled. He doubted himself. He questioned his path.

There were seasons where he was the worst performer on the team, the one no one believed in, the one people overlooked. But those seasons did not break him. They built him.
